Is there a height limit to our builds?

No. There is no height limit to our builds. Some places may have a theme where the building are only so high but anywhere else, the sky the limit. If your not sure, look around and see what other players have had done.
As for the market. I don't think there are any rules about as to how high you can go, so long it is going to be a decent quality building, you should be fine.
Remember, if you make decent quality or really really superb buildings then everybody will love you for it....
One little rule though. What ever you do, out of courtesy just don't build too close to another building.

ok I was going to make a taller tower I will wait though and ask mrsnowglobe all my work is pretty top notch I dont do stuff half way, but I like to follow the rules

The sky's the limit! But if you are going to make an ecessively tall tower, make sure you can fill most of it.

As long as it doesn't look stupid, there isn't a height limit in the market.

It fine to make a building that look really good on the outside, but it can be really awesome when it look really good on the inside as well.
