I can has NCR Ranger from Fallout: New Vegas?

Sorry if it already exists, I'm new to the site and haven't been able to find any through the built in search engine or google.

I'd like a good Civil Protection (Half-Life) skin too, the ones I've found quickly through google weren't that good. Maybe if I look hard enough... anyway, the main request is the NCR ranger.
