People are leaving because they expect more then I can provide and pull off in X amount of time.
This makes me feel terrible because its all on me.
I have nothing left to say on the matter,
People have been leaving lately because they do not appreciate all of the hard work Mrsnow has been doing on the server. Let's all show how grateful we are for him by writing something nice for him!

Thank you MrSnowGlobe, i appreciate your work on the server. Managing a server this big is tough to do, and everyone thinks it is so easy, even though you have done an awesome job.

Lack of good manners and courtesy. If players, and people in general, can only have some considerations for others with a simple; "Thank you." or "That ok...." even an "I appreciate that very much, thank you." "Your most welcome." etc etc. Then we wouldn't be needing this topic. Wouldn't we? O'yes we whould.
Some of us can be forgetful, or too busy, or too much was happening at the time, that one didn't had the chance to say something nice. A chance to have courtesies and to be formal in manners is an ideal way of communication, by slowing down and not be in such a rush all the time can be of help too.
None of us should be expecting others to do the impossible and in the most fastest time possible. That not how a human being works. It is how a computer or other machines works. Two very different timing mechanism. People do have other things to do and have other obligation to meet. Sure, if you feel somebody is taken a bit too long in getting something done, then a gentle reminder will go a long way.
One more thing. Thanks MrSnowGlobe for looking at that for me. I'm not sure what it is, but am pretty sure it really needs more then one man and a thousand man hours to do. Jak2131, yes your been doing a lot too no doubt. Otherwise I wouldn't be here typing this and nobody would be reading this if only for you keeping this forum up and running. Thank you jak2131 and for keeping the adverts I pick off the forum....

Although there will always be the people.in the world who will never be satisfied, there will also be those of us to give you support, as well. After all, without you, we would still be waiting for those silly server monkeys to find the yellow wire. Thank you Jak, also, for maintaining these forums.

First, Congratulations on getting your promotion/upgrade where you work at. (in real life).
Thanks for all the work you're currently doing on the forums,IRC, aswell as making the server up-to-date with the plugins. I have high hopes for this server to get better from here on out.
