frist,i download this skin

and then,change that skin name:char.png
open [appdata>roaming>.minecraft>bin>minecraft.jar] and find: char.png
put the skin into that file and open it
then,i started the game
However..............
wt??????
where's the face?!!!!!
that skin is my first skin i made.however i can't use that....
who can help me?
and who can try this skin?
