Small problem

Okay so I'm going around World of Minecraft.com, and I keep seeing this weird text thing at the top of some pages saying:
Your subscriptions are suspended. Please go here to resume delivery of your notifications.
I went there and chose to not receive messages or whatever, but it wont go away. It's a small issue, but it is starting to grow very annoying. Could someone help?
