Today on a server that has speed and noclip disabled except for ops, I seemed to have found a small bug.

It would seem that some users are still able to noclip and speed, this could be a bug in the server, or you're client, I'm not really sure. After the person reloaded they were unable to do speed and noclip.

Thought I might bring it to your attention.
