Hey guys I am now lending money for warps with a 10% interest. I lend from 1k-150k. You get 3 weeks to pay. Don't forget to bring a book and quil. :D To get a hold of me PM here or in-game. If you have any questions ask below please. Be like Quake_Enhanced and start getting the 200k for your warps! :D
What?
If people were tight on money, why would they agree to something with 10% intrest..?
Because when they make warps, they usually make money off of it...
People do it every day in real life. So why not on a game too?
No, what i'm saying is 10% is alot if you can't raise enough for 200k.
I understand the purpose of it, maybe its just me but 10% feels like a lot.
EDIT: Also, I have made nothing from my warp (Although it is aesthetic) other than selling plots (which barely sell for over $2500 depending on where it is/size) how can people gain money? The town/warp I owned last map I lost more money than I gained.
Welp lock it means your are a bad investor. >.> :D
Haha, funny you say that. Look out in future ;)
The max interest you'll have to pay to this dude is 15k, so its really not too bad
10% flat rate would be great IRL since there it is compounded monthly. So even though a credit card or home loan may have a lower number than prod's 10%, you actually are paying a far higher total percentage. For a loan, he is giving a really good deal.
:D. And okay lock ill be watching, then lol.
but if you can get the money together in 3 weeks +15k, to pay prodigy back, then why wouldn't you just make the money normally?
I like the idea but how would the 10% work would it be flat after the 3 weeks you pay 10% more back or is it per week? Kinda important to set a flat rate not leave it up in the air :P
Also what happens if they can't pay you back? People could just scum you out of your money and bringing staff into it could cause headaches. Maybe they should be required a downpayment of diamonds? People would want there diamonds back if they don't make the 3week cut you keep said diamonds?
Nah not diamonds rather gold I find it better. And after the 3 weeks the interest goes up 1% every day. :D
I dunno, In real life there would be no way somebody would borrow 150k and be expected to pay it back with 10% interest. You might want to lower interest for higher loans.
You guys are lucky Prod's lending money in the first place. You don't HAVE to get money from him. (:
Liquid some investors sell houses for that much of interest, I seen it myself... and thanks for the support Hallyn. :3
