un-googlable Java Error with java.library.path

Halp,
I have installed the latest JRE (build 1.6.0_21-b07), minecraft.jar, and World of Minecraft on Windows XP.
Run.bat gives me the following error messages and quits immediately:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sljava in java.lib
rary.path
I've tried removing "-Djava.library.path=native\windows" from the launch command which gets me all the way to logging into a server until it notices that it's missing the wrapper-specific libraries and fails to render the actual game.
The Googles, they do nothing :(
