Unable to resize game window

So, I was just starting to enjoy Wombat, when I decided that I'd try to resize the window I was playing in. However, my hand slipped as I was dragging the corner of the window, and now, whenever I try to open it, the window size is a completely unplayable size (attached picture is what I get when I try to open it), and this size refuses to be changed.
I've tried re-extracting wombat, re-downloading it, re-installing java, and looking for some form of config file, but I can't find any way of changing it. What can I do?
