Which staff has the hardest job? I think triddin does because it is very hard to stay alive in the nether. (If you go to http://www.worldofminecraft.com/WoM_Staff you'll see what i mean) Post who you think has the hardest job in the comments!

i still say H4X cause he is the founder of World of Minecraft and without all of his hard work, World of Minecraft would never be here as well as World of Minecraft Reals (when it was actvice), the site and World of Minecraft SMP

Wrong. World of Minecraft was made by H4X and his group. MrSnowGlobe is the admin and manager of the SMP/PVP/CMP servers. In other words, World of Minecraft as a community would exist fine without MrSnowGlobe but the premium servers would most likely not.
I believe all the Staff have difficult jobs managing a community as large as this one, not just MrSnowGlobe, H4X, Triddin or Lunick.

The question posed was "Which staff has the hardest job?" Not which staff member has done the most for the community. At this point in time, MrSnowGlobe has the hardest job because right now he is the one running everything. Yes, H4X and triddin and moujave created World of Minecraft, but that doesn't mean they do much to run it anymore. So their jobs are fairly easy at this point, with nothing to really do.

I understand the question perfectly. I am merely correcting/clarifying liquid_lightning's statement that World of Minecraft as a community would still exist without MrSnowGlobe. Though possibly not as thriving as it is now.

Triddin doesn't do anything anymore. Except Team fortress

I initially created World of Minecraft with a good bloke called 'Peroggi'.
I have put in a super great deal of hard work into World of Minecraft since 2009 but over this last year MrSnowGlobe has been pulling most of the weight.
MrSnowGlobe has a lot to deal with and has done great work with the servers.
This thread should be a 'Thank MrSnowGlobe' thread!

I believe every job is hard in its own place. It depends on how much experience you have had with it and how long you have been doing it.

MrSnow of course. Because he puts up with all the stuff that the other staff do, plus the server maintenance, plus has to put up with all of the staffs complaints.
