How I would put "http(s)://direct.worldofminecraft.com/hb.php" into my server's settings to allow it to send the heartbeats to World of Minecraft rather than minecraft.net?

I am currently using mcforge 4.5.0.0 to run my classic server.

Where can I find the World of Minecraft server list that use World of Minecraft's heartbeat?
