Zsuperhost Closed????!!!! (LOCKED)

I bought server form zsuperhost (https://www.zsuperhost.com/) and my server got closed too early and now the website says "This Website Is Offline"! I lost all my server files and my last backup is 2 weeks old so... What i should to do? Is it possible to get my files back? I used MultiCraft control panel. Is my files still in multicraft? and if they are there how i can get them?

Next time choose a bigger host, All kinds of people start up a hosting service then just quit when they are at the peak of finances.
