Since someone already decided to steal it and post it here, I will make the post.

Yet Another Yoshi's Island Texture Pack!

Complete texture pack based on Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island(SNES)

Almost 100% of the textures and mobs have been reskined to sprites from the game.  If I couldn't do that, I redrew them to match the style.


Armor:  (Yoshi colors)

  • Leather:  Green
  • Chain Mail:  Red
  • Iron:  Brown
  • Gold:  Yellow
  • Diamond:  Light Blue

Mobs:  (* = Random Mobs skins)

  • *Chicken: Goonie, Penguin
  • *Creeper: Baseball Guy mask, Shy Guy mask
  • Dragon: Giant Baby Bowser
  • *Enderman: Bandit Mouse, Monkey
  • Ghast: Giant Baby Bowser
  • Skeleton: Skeleton with Shy Guy mask
  • Slime: Pinkish-purple Slime
  • Snowman: Snowman with scarf and yellow skis
  • Villager: Kamek the Magikoopa
  • Wolf: Poochie
  • *Zombie: Green Koopa, Red Koopa, Blue Bandit


Custom water, fire, and lava!
Custom font based off the Yoshi's Island text! (I made it larger so you can read it.)

Additional Details

I need to give credit to the people who ripped the sprites from the game.
All the submitters at Mario Fan Games Galaxy, esp.

All the submitters at Spriter's Resource, esp.

Without them, this texture pack may have never happened.
