Ablitiy to make it rain in World of Minecraft realms?

I was wondering if there could be functionality to make it rain in your realm.
Since World of Minecraft has done stuff that messes with the client before(textures, text in a different area, ect.) I think they could add the ability to let realm owners to make it rain for everyone.
What do you think?

You don't get what I am saying at all
I am talking about functionality that makes it rain for EVERYONE in your realm when you turn it on. Not by just hitting f5.
