Accessing third party servers (not on default list)

So I'm able to access the listed servers just fine but I'm attempting to access a fragcraft.net server with no luck.
I get a "Could not parse the necessary parameters. Is the URL right?" error but i'm certain it is correct as I use it on minecraft regularly.

It could be that the server is down, or minecraft.net is down. either of those would give this problem
