Hello,
My friend has a mine craft server, he is currently OP on it, as well am I. Now, I was wondering if there is anyway he can place him self to a rank higher than OP so OP's cannot demote him, ban him kick him or anything relating to those. Is there a way I can create a different rank or what? Thanks.

I would recomend getting different server software. Most times the ranking system depends on the software. You can find a list of them on the minecraftwiki
