I can't see any servers on the World of Minecraft client when I start it up, I login and nothing is there. I try pasting a url in but it just goes to a random level, doesn't go to the server.

That happens when you didn't enter the right information, make sure to use your minecraft.net info, and not your World of Minecraft info.
