I'm trying to invite another player into my clan, (yes I bought one) and its not working. Any help? Ive tried multiple times changing the name around but it says that they havnt finished filling there form out or it says they dont exist. I cant figure out what to do!!!

Solution.

Any applicants to a clan MUST purchase and COMPLETE a clan application. If they do not do that, they cannot join a clan.

In my clan I used to have the same problem, I realized I didn't spell the names with the capital letters which is why. Maybe it was the same for you?
