Any Linux users here?
I've recently upgraded my PC to Linux Mint and I'm loving it,but I still dual boot with Windows 7 for some games and AutoCAD..But mostly sticking around with Linux.

i use Linux and for me its Kubuntu and yes im dual booting, but its windows 8 dual boot on a smaller drive so if i dont want the windows i can just toss it

Well I was a little curious so I've made this thread.
I've tried Kubuntu but KDE just doesn't appeal to me,Cinammon appeals me more..but thats just me.

maybe its cause KDE is more for coding and not game play

Not really. Arch / Debian / Fedora for me. xfce / openbox / kde Depends what distro i'm using.
No comment about your choice of distro.

Well infact I don't play any games on my Linux boot(Only game I'm currently playing is Minecraft but I don't have time for it...It's not all about fun and games for me) ,I use it for everyday stuff mostly and I find it nice, didn't have any problems so far.
I am still learning about Linux and Terminal and stuff,and I just find Linux Mint nice for me even though I'll probably end up switching to another Distro that I'll like one day.

I use linux Yellow Dog 6.8 and mac OSX 5.8. I use it because osx 5.8 doesnt support java 1.6. I rarely use linux now because OSX can actually play minecraft.

Got so many bootable images for severs, ease of use, gaming etc.
Still keep a windows boot (XP) as it is stable and seems to run most games, but with steam working wel on linux now that may end up being trashed.
But I am primarily OSX (forgive me)

What is the point of this topic? Are you asking for help or just trying to figure out who uses linux?
