Any way to not pause Minecraft when tabbing out?

Hi, I want to be able to record a minecraft window and still be able to build stuff in another minecraft window on the same PC. But the problem is that the window that I record in goes into the pause menu when I tab out, is there anyway to make that not happen?

I need to be able to record the game, I don't want the inventory screen.

well i know of only one way and that is going into your inventory i dont know if it saves or any thing but when in the inventory you can do things elsewhere on your computer with the game still running (mobs move day night cycle still go) basically it is your in your inventory.
