The pictures with tiles?
The pictures with tiles? Thats the ONLY way you can do it. You have to open the terrain file in paint or whatever then paste the new textures on it and save.

Try this...
paste the terrain file into the minecraft.jar in your temporary folder. To find this, you need to open run and someone else fill that in.

Apocalypse texture pack is on the same page as this! Not only that, but you're saying you want a download, and not a picture? You download a picture and save it. Do you know to save it? Do you have the client?
