"Application not found" after downloading World of Minecraft Client...

I downloaded the client, proceeded to double click and an error pops up, "Application not found."
I have NO idea why this happens.
Any ideas to fixing this?

do u have like it said "resume" then click it will i have one so try it if it helpful
