The Art of War: Server

Imagine if you may a world ravaged by war each territory, or city, each attempting to either demolish or capture the other.
The landscape is torn apart from the bombs dropped nearly constantly (plane mod!) the different cities and their cultures(Port cities, Mining, luxury, massive whatever you can think of)
are held together by the people living in the city.
Ground wars with archers, foot soldiers, planes, cities being attacked.
Imagine the art of war!
I need people to help me with this.
While I can't host a server I can pay to rent one out.
I need builders, that and of course, actual citizens when it gets built up.
I will film it and post on youtube for an interesting series.
To send an application to be a builder I need proof!
Screen shots (multiple if possible) of your creations and videos are most appreciated!
I think we can make this great people! Please help!
