My name is Matthew Hall and i'm the founder of Kerplunc Hosting. For the last few months i've been very sick and have been in and out of the hospital. When i started to get sick i found an outsourced VPS management to run Kerplunc Hosting in my absense. It has recently come to my attention that they have no been properly performing their duties. They have been ignoring tickets, taking too long for simple issues, ignoring extended server downtimes. They have been let go and i believe i am now healthy enough to run things again. It looks like they have flat out closed a lot of the support tickets without doing what they requested. It is almost impossible for us to figure out what tickets they have dealt with or if they have just ignored them. If your ticket or email has been ignored please login to the billing panel and re-open your ticket and add a new reply. We'll deal with your problems as soon as possible. We will be sending out refunds and giving account credits for extended downtimes and for issues that were just ignored. Again, we are very very sorry about this. i bought a 20 person server and paid them for 2 motns but they never set it up
i contacted thiere support 4 times and i finnaly had to give up
