Hello,
I am hosting a server that has everything enabled, vanllia, and no stupid plugins or mods. Not that much lag, but there is a player limit of 10. So get on quick, before places are taken!(Since minecraft bbeta servers are still unstable, it still might be laggy, but that is not server lag.)
1400Mb of ram dedicated and only around 500 Mb used.
runs on a CORE i7 processor.
You can steal, pillage,and even kill, but NO GRIEFING, NO SPAWN KILLING. You will be banned for that.
there are limited blocks. here are a list of them:
-water
-water bucket
-lava
-lava bucket
-bedrock
-TNT
-flint&steel
-fire
If you are good player, then you get to be ranked up, you start at guest, then builder gives you water, but advanced builder gives you almost everything execpt bedrock.

This server usually runs in the daytime in eastern from 9am - 9pm on weekends, but on mon-fri, it is on from 5pm - 9pm

If someone decides to make a city, they can, they just need approval from a moderator, admin, or me!
And if they have a population of 3 or more, they can change the rules in their town! Their rule applies within 20 block of the city and in their city.
No one can build within 20 blocks of a city.
No one can destroy within 20 blocks of a city
No one can MODIFY within 20 blocks within a city.
(It depends if they have permission or not)
Those are the primary rules of cities outer limits, you can change if you want... but i suggest you keep those rules. xD
