I'll pardon your ban, but just because you don't think somone owns a particular thing doesn't mean you should go ahead and grief it, on our server, griefing is frowned upon and if caught violating this rule will get you banned and your actions rolled back.  However, the pvp map is different, as you are allowed to grief on there. Take this as your final warning.
