ive tried disabling directx thing but the second monitor wont stay put

try reinstall new minecraft or you have any mods?
when you have install modloader and delete metainf folder

Try updating your DirectX drivers. Most times that helps with "Bad video card drivers" and "Pixel format not accelerated" problems.
