I would like to download a copy of my build from the SMP server, is this something the admins can do for me or something I can do with third party software? Build located at x= 20 y= 64 (+-100ish should do) and z= -718

It is 75x75 and is the whole claim.

Also, every time I've loged in for a few weeks, I'm the only one on the server... what's up with that?

Everyone is waiting for the 1.8 server to open up. So most likely people are busy, or just playing 1.8 in single player. There are still 4 or 5 people that get on during the weekends. As for downloading a copy of your build.. I have no idea. You'll have to wait for Snow on that one.
