At first assumption, I can safely assume that your build was removed by the World of Minecraft staff because it may not fit in with the theme of citybuild.

Citybuild is a themed server, inotherwords, all builds (with the exception of the guest area) must be built in theme with the map. E.g, one of our previous maps was Washington D.C., so players' builds needed to build something releated to to it to be kept on the server.

As a staff member, we're told to make no hesitation to remove any out of theme builds on themed servers and to make a note that it was removed for this reason. Currently, however, no note was left when your build was removed (if it was removed by us), which is odd. Nevertheless, in my opinion I would say that a candian flag is most certainly out of theme for a generic citybuild map.
