You don't need to own a paypal account to use it. Logging in is an option, but only speeds up the process.
If you have a debit card, you can just punch in the details and it'll get taken straight from your bank account.
Even if you do this method, it still goes through same, highly secure, paypal servers.

well, made myself and account and started a transfer from my bank. just wondering how the whole currency thing works. im from sweden and we dont have euro, which means that paypal is gona have to transfer my money into euros (right?) and im unsure if that is gonna cost me anything.

It doesn't cost extra to transfer from your currency to euros. MCA is about 13.50 USD which is equivalent to 9.95 euros.
