buying minecraft without cc not possible ?

right so i decided to actually pay for this and went and created a paypal account. took me 2 days to get it activated , now i clicked the buy now link( not the orange button to buy with creditcard but the small paypal button below it) on the website and it redirects me to a paypal page saying i need to activate a creditcard to my account since the owner requires direct payment or something. heres the translation from babelfish.

ive read that it was possible to pay with your bank account instead of a creditcard , but the way it looks now its just not possible, i dont have any option to choose pay through bank account, all it asks me is to couple a creditcard to my paypal account.... can someone tell me what the f.. im doing wrong here?? i activated my paypal account thats not the problem.
