Does anyone know how to make new commands for my server. Also does anyone want to help run my server. HELP! It is called bcott615 needs help

Commands like?

Commands like:
/add world (world name you want to add)
/rank (user you want to rank up or down)
/cuboid (cuboid is like /fill in World of Minecraft: realms but you don't have to type the tile name. Instead just place the tile you want in two places and the space between those two blocks will fill with the block you placed)
/j (world you want to go to)
Also I want to make new ranks because at the moment I only have three ranks (default, op and admin)

If you're hosting a classic server, first, port-forward to make your server appear on the list. Next, for the commands, download MCForge and look up a tutorial on how to install it.
If you're hosting an SMP, port-forward to make your server able to be connected to by other computers outside your network. Download Bukkit and look up plugins for the commands you want.

For MCForge or Bukkit, look them up on google.
If you cant do any of these, don't bother, because you'll just be wasting your own time.

Would you read what people have wrote.
NO ONE is going to make you commands when you can use free server software which already CONTAINS those commands that you have requested.
So drop the attitude and read the answers already in the forum.
