Can you load Omen Files into Single Player?

I have designed some pretty cool levels on Omen but I'm not sure how you can use them during Single player mode - can anyone help me please?

Omen Save not working
Thanks alot - thats a great help, although now i've realised my Omen will not save the .dat files. It doesnt come with an error its just that I save them and they are not in my documents or the place that I saved them in. Can anyone help?
