* No Hacks Levels> Guest, main or any level created.
Not entirely sure this is even possible, as enabling hacks are by-server.
* Adding and Editing Variables> Create, edit, delete and add like money. But the name can be changed and different variables can be added.
Could be easily added, though I'm not entirely sure of the use.
* The ability to kill or catch another player.> Running up and hitting or tagging.
This could be quite simple, depending how the original kill scripts in MCZall were written.
* Custom the /help menu >Meanings, explanations and display.
The easiest part of it all.
Anyways, I MAY be able to do the last two parts, not quite sure about how to do the first two. How much would you pay for the two final parts?

This is kind of impossible seeing as how Triddin no longer owns World of Minecraft, and therefore does no longer own the script. As well, World of Minecraft's script is not for sale at any price. We are, and will continue to be closed source for many years to come.
Also, I don't think anyone is willing to work hard for 10$USD. Maybe if you up the ante to maybe 100$USD, you may get results.
