Can't connect anymore

When I try and log in I press [resume]  it will show the connecting then it will show "Connection Lost, login failed! Try again"

I tried to change my password but nothing happened it still show the connection lost message.
I tried to click [Sign In] but the message came up again!

Then after that I am now stuck at the "Connecting" screen and it won't load......

hmm

Can you try just regularly signing in and connecting to that server? Is the server offline?
Can you also tell me what version of java you're running? (command prompt, java -version )

My java version is Java
  • My java version is Java version 6 update 31  or 1.6.0_31. I don't know if the server is offline. I press sign in, then it shows an authentication error. And I made a support ticket right after making this post.
I tried to ask the owner of the server the direct connect url but he just said the classic/play website. I can't find the direct connect using [Inspect Element]

It works well on any server when I use the browser version.

It didn't say I got disconnected  or there was an error or even the failed to connect its probably down! message so I don't think minecraft.net has the problem....I changed my pass to see if it would work but nothing happened. The World of Minecraft Client still showed the authentication error if I press resume it stuck at the connecting screen.

Try this

Don't use the resume button this time.  I think the java temp file might've been flushed.

For the resume as I said it stuck me in the connecting screen.

For the sign in it shows an authentication error.

Can you please debug?

When debugging, try both methods of connecting to a server, via resume and signing in.
On the client in the sign in box do you have the validate box checked?

Uhh

Hey in debugging, Do I have to download 2.05? Or the 2.07 one?

And I have checked the [valid] check-box and I also checked the [remember] too I checked this two after I downloaded this client cuz I thought that valid means that your account should be valid....So i'll follow the debugging instructions now.
