Cant Connect To My Own Server

Ok I can not connect to my own MCForeg classic server with World of Minecraft. I really need it but it just tells me Failed to connect. You failed to connect to the server. Its probably down.
I have no idea why it does this and i really need help.

even if you have not did port
even if you have not did port forwarding, you can still connect on the same pc.

Wow this is really weird this happened to me when i tried to make a server, well go into your server copy the URL and paste it into World of Minecraft just how it is :) If that don't work there might be something wrong with your Port Forwarding. :D
