Can't download the new World of Minecraft client

Every time I go to the thread to download it, I always see this:
If you do not see the download below, you need to Login or Register
I am logged in. :|
Anyone know what's wrong?

The download is located BELOW the Digg sign...
If you STILL cannot see it, post up a print screen as I would be interested to see this.
