Can't edit server appearence?

hi all, having a bit of trouble editing my servers appearence. I always get this error message

Error, IP/Port/Salt combination is not valid

I
have checked it multiple times, it never works, this is causing me
problems getting my server on the "Valid" list of World of Minecraft. I forwarded
ports, static ip and all that jibba jabba.
