I was trying to log onto the World of Minecraft Survival server #1, (173.212.200.35:1303 (Monsters) ) and it keeps giving me this message;
Conection Lost
Internal exception: Jave.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out

Cannot connect to 173.212.200.35:1303 at all. Tried at work and at home; neither worked, both gave the above-mentioned Java exception.

I'm now getting the timeouts as well, for the past two and a half hours now. Just biding my time until the server is healthy again.

Back on my main computer, still getting this issue. =( World of Minecraft says the server is online, and considering the lack of discussion I can find I assume some people can get on..... All other servers seem to work fine though. Sigh~

At the moment its down for me aswell, I could get on last night, normally its down about this time =(. I can normally get on at about 6:00 - 7:00pm GMT.

I can't connect either but as you mentionned earlier, the lack of thread about it and the fact that World of Minecraft has it as online is peculiar... any support member of World of Minecraft can confirm that the servers are currently up?

I too am now getting this strange little error.

I am trying to connect to one of the survival servers on this IP : 173.212.200.35:1303
The error began to happen on the 03/10/2010 just shortly after some pretty hefty lagg issues.
I dont know if the lagg is related but i just wanna play on the sweet server =P
I have however looked around the old friend google. and he says it may or may not be to do with the latest java update, that being 6.0.
If anyone would be able to drop some knowledge on minecraft deprived ass i would very much appreciate it.

I did speak to Azur a couple of days ago and he said it was because it of Notch's bugged code that allows a person to double leave and that screws up the server =/.

does anyone know of a way to make it so i can connect again, or does the server have to be restarted so that any logs are gone?

As far as I know server restart. Last time I was able to login after this problem they said the server had just been reset.

Hey guys, I'm new to the game, server, and forum. I would like to add that I also can't log on. I just built myself a really nice house and large waterfall, dieing to get back to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe the server is down for everyone? It would be nice if someone like westwood, azur, or lacour or any other World of Minecraft would post some info. Even if it was just "yeah the server is dead, we don't know why." Or "just you unlucky sobs can't log in."

I've been getting the same issue since around 3 but I'm on a different comp then I was this morning when it worked so I wasn't sure. Might be a connection problem as it did that sometimes when it was lagging really bad. But usually trying a few times got me in. Though now it wont give me any other response.
Wondering if anyone has been able to get onto that server. Would love you to comment so.
