If you can't even login via the Minecraft.net Classic play browser you should try changing your password then go into it, this happened to me on many occasions and all i did was change my password and it worked again :P

Well i may have a solution, You will either have the wrong password and you will have to change it, Incorrect user name or usually the problem is you are not connected to the internet or the internet has blocked you from logging into World of Minecraft game client.
