Apologies if I missed a post on this, but I cant change the standard WASD keys when using the epic World of Minecraft client. I'd like to use the arrow keys instead, and I'd definitely like to change the respawn key.
You can get into the MC menu where you change the keys, but the World of Minecraft client seems to ignore the changes.....or maybe I'm being even more dumb than usual?

No worries, the other post has been taken care of. But with your problem, the client ignores these changes because you can't use the e and q keys (needed for flying) with the arrows keys without using two hands, taking away the ability to move and fly and look around at the same time. It is much easier to play with the WASD keys anyways, in my opinion :P

Ah well, at least its not just me being dim.
WASD keys are bad news for me. To combat the onset of RSI I took to using my left hand for the mouse. This balances the workload more evenly for someone who uses a PC for work.
Great for games (like quake2) too. Look around & fire with the left hand, then use arrow keys with right hand for moving, wep select etc. Far more versatile than the wasd arrangement.
I take your point about the q&e keys, but if key mapping is enabled there are ways around that.
If nothing else can you move the respawn key away from 'R' please, while using World of Minecraft because that is a real PITA once you start using Q&E.
Having it on the 'home' key would seem to be appropriate and unlikely to be pressed by accident.
