City of Rapture Problems, and Also Hello

My server (City of Rapture, run by Doctor Who) is getting rather popular, and I'm hearing a lot of different things about the World of Minecraft community. So I figured I'd take the time out to stop in and say hi, and also bring up an important issue.
I'm getting a lot of complaints that this community is trolling our server, speaking nonsense and taking credit for months of hard work.
Specifically today we got a raid, claiming to be from World of Minecraft. Which led me to create this thread.
I'm not into making enemies, and I'm not here for that. Basically what I am here to say is, if what I am hearing is true, and if this is the official policy of World of Minecraft you are really getting no where. It's not hard to perma ban IPs/Accounts and these players will run out of account names before we get tired of banning folks. Simple as that.
Now, if I am wrong and this is not the official policy of World of Minecraft, then please correct me. I'd rather be wrong on this subject than right, which is also why I am here. I want to clear up this issue.

It's been happening over the
It's been happening over the past month, and getting worse the past week or two, leading up to today when (according to one of my admins) he had to ban 10 to 15 accounts.
He also said some of the IP's were duplicates, so it is probably less actually people than that.
I don't have access to the IP's, as they were lost in the upgrade to MCzall. (My fault, wasn't thinking at the time!)
