I have had this problem for a couple of months now, whenever i try to play MC classic, when using World of Minecraft the loading bar stays empty and it doesn't respond from there, and when i try to play in a browser, the loading bar is stuck at 5% and it stops responding.
I have tried all the usual fixes like updating java, deleting everything and reinstalling it, trying many different World of Minecraft versions and minecraft.jar files and setting the default program with which to open the minecraft.jar to winrar and 7zip. However I now cannot change the program back to the: Java Platfrom SE Binary if that has anything to do with it.
Help is greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid that doesn't make any difference, i've redownloaded and installed everything multiple times.

Try updating video card drivers? And check if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit because you have to have the correct version of java. Maybe check your internet speed? Because that's an issue I had in the past

have u tried downloading it again cause that happend to me and i downloaded it again and it worked for me.
