Commands For Guests [HELP]

Hey everyone, this website seems really good for help so i thought id try,
i joined a MCSharp server today and guests could do /goto
how can i do that on my MCSharp server???
I have 3 worlds, admins can /goto but ONLY admins (OPS)

Yes we do provide help, but not for custom servers, please look at the minecraft forums, or you can go to the MCSharp IRC channel (#mcsharp on irc.esper.net, port 6667) and ask there.
