dont use that one :P
I advise you to google for fcraft or mcforge, these server softwares have LOADS of helpful commands, mcforge has fun commands, fcraft a world generator which is epic

Is it really that hard to just google it? Anyways here is a more detailed information of MCForge and fCraft:
MCForge has a lot of commands and features but requires MySQL. The commands and features are nice but the software itself is full of bugs.
fCraft on the other hand lacks some commands but has very good stability and performance.

You should be able to type /help in the server or in game if you're op and the commands should come up, if this doesn't work say and i'll figure it out and get back to you.
Then type /command if in game or on the server console just the command
