Constant Crashing!!!

The game is becomming unplayable. :(
Crashing every 20-30 mins.
Three days ago it first crashed deleting all saved games.
Return to game sometimes your locked inside blocks,
then back to respawn.
I've reinstalled/upgraded Java 6-23.
This did not help.

It's actually quite easy to fix this; just take an air pressure can and spray all the vents leading to your computer from the outside, should fix it.
