Converting Minecraft URL to World of Minecraft client URL?

So.. What to do?
How to convert that link?

The Direct Connect URL has 3 parts:
123.234.34.45:25565
This is the IP Address: Port of the server. You should already have this.
/username/
This is the username you are connecting to the server with.

This is the MD5 hash code for the server. This is generated by server software automatically. Right now I don't know how to get this part of the URL unless you are the admin of the server.

Where to find the code.
You can get the mppass off the play page on minecraft.net (it's in the source code of the page, search for mppass)
There's only 2 people who can generate this code.
1: minecraft.net
2: the server operator
You cannot get the code anywhere else.

I'm going to try and get the direct connect URL working with that info now
EDIT: I don't have the play.jsp URL for my server, so I used the http://www.minecraft.net/play.jsp?server=<IP>&port=<port> method to connect to it.
However, when I try and view source from that page the "MPPASS" variable is blank, just "--".
So I guess I need that info from the server admin?
