WELL DONE awesome i checked it out and it better than it looks on the photos and you can get the next rank btw (i like the pools)
hey im in the chat!! XD btw really nice i loove it! i will like it when i get a chance :)
Texture pack goes nicely with the build. Great job.
thats huge
That is so totally epic! it put's the epic in epic!
you must be some full on architech or something!
i just have to say... THAT'S EPIC-
but still- that's epic...
Although that does look really nice... personally I'm not seeing the gothic nature of this a whole lot. I'm actually getting a more Art Deco-ish vibe from this, which might be due to the fact that it's much more of a tower form and accentuates its verticality a whole lot. I guess it's also because the arches you have around the middle of the building aren't actually doing any work in terms of holding the building up - they're pure decoration.
Also, could you humor me and see what the building looks like with the gold blocks changed to something more greyish-looking? I feel that they're busying up the whole look of the structure and detracting somewhat from what you're trying to get at here.
While I'm here, I might as well comment on that first structure of yours. It's also really nice and impressive, but I'm kinda concerned about the changes in styles you have there as the building rises, from its modernish base through a classical midsection and topping out with a more Oriental [for lack of a more specific term] peak. I know it's a bit too late for this... but honestly I feel the building would look even nicer (or at the very least wouldn't concern me as much) if it stayed true to one architectural style throughout.
These are some really nice constructions, the above notwithstanding, and I want to see what else you can come up with.
[Also, that's a really nice texture pack you have there for the first structure. I might have to have a try at using it myself.]
You see neither builds are exact replicas, I did not not follow a principal of exactly copying what already exists. The first structure is just a mixture of different styles; Japanese, greek and the lower is simple modern architecture (simple). To be honest I free flowed the whole thing after admiring paintings on deviantart ^^. The second is a "closer" adaption to St Regensburg's (right facing) tower and other gothic towers, the materials I have used are somewhat opposite to what you would expect, most gothic buildings are closer to sand, and perhaps black/gray for shades.
For them to blend would require a decent texture map which I have literally no experience in using. My inspiration to go gothic came from a build created my 'Murps', the Sagrada Familia > http://crafthub.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/barcelona.jpg and as you can see he uses a mixture of colors, but I suppose he is in the same position as myself. It would be interesting if someone could develop a texture pack which replaces materials such as green & yellow with more neutral colours. Anyway enough of this blabbery, your feedback is muchly appreciated :) I will try some replacing later.
Sweet work D0DDY :D

This is amazing! If you need more room for a realm, I can lend you one of my spare ones, and I rarely use more than 1 realm. But yeah, this is really good, keep it up.
