Are you trying to download the World of Minecraft Classic Client?
Neither World of Minecraft or Mojang supports Minecraft Classic anymore. Even if you could download it, you wouldn't be able to use it.
You need to buy and download Minecraft from minecraft.net in order to play on World of Minecraft now.
