Dumped worlds help

Hello World of Minecraft community, i am having trouble with my dumped levels and converting them into files that i can use on my own server.

I have looked on google to find out how to convert them and apparently i need a dat to lvl converter but the last one i downloaded had a virus so i need another way.

I run on mcstorm and in the levels file there are for example : main.lvl and then a main.lvl.backup

I need any way that anyone can find of converting my dumped levels into levels that i can go into on my server.
